A habit is a choice that we intentionally
make at some aspect, and then stop considering, but continue on doing, often
every day. Habits are quite valuable for us, We're starting on autopilot
usually, and we don't really discover it. We are afflicted to a unbelievable
degree by our habits, not just by our aware choices. Do you want to change a
few unfavorable habits?
The very first thing, pick out the terrible
habit
Why are you heavy? What had changed? Does
you eat immoderate? Does you order too much trendy clothing? when you know the
latest fashion dresses, does you want to buy all of them, just because you
prefer them all? Why are you smoking normally? What craving you trying to
satisfy? What is the real reward, or payoff, you are seeking?
Find the alternative things
To stop working the lousy habit we need to
look for the cue. Find the change Or construct a new habit. For instance, at
around 3: 30 pm every afternoon, when you felt the need for a distraction from
work, you can gossiping with a friend to replace light a smoke.
When you impulse to buy too much trendy clothes, ask yourself, Where am
I? What time is it? What's my psychological state? Do I need this?
