For the first time I watched the Grey's
Anatomy I pay more attention to health problem. Those days, I discovered that
there are many health problem for elderly individuals.
Old age and the aging process are surely a
biological reality which has its own dynamic, largely beyond our control.
Old people have limited regenerative
capabilities and are more prone to disease, syndromes, and sickness than other
age groups. There is often a prevalent physical decrease, and people become
less lively. Old age can cause, along with other points:
Hair loss, change of hair color to gray or
white.
Wrinkles and Liver spots on the skin.
Agility and Slower reaction times
Reduced ability to clear thinking.
Lessened hearing
Diminished eyesight
Difficulty recalling memories
Lessening or termination of sex, sometimes
because of physical symptoms such as erectile dysfunction in men, but often
simply a decline in libido.
Greater weakness to bone diseases such as
osteoarthritis. Osteoporosis is a bone disease that affects millions of women
around the world. Women who suffer from this condition usually have bone
mineral density (BMD) levels that are way below than the normal BMD levels;
making them more prone to getting fractures. You will also notice that the
elderly women, and sometimes even men, who have osteoporosis are usually
slouched and bent.
Illnesses will have to be diagnosed and
treated with the help of physicians, treatments, checks and remedies - and then
the charges come pouring in and the financial burden becomes yet another
problem of old age.

Feed your body with the correct foods. You wouldn't expect your car to work
efficiently if you fed it the incorrect fuel. So give food to your body with
healthy foods that add the necessary vitamins and minerals in order for it to
return optimum performance.
There is practically nothing you can do to
keep clear of the aging. But old age can be an interesting and psychologically
pleasing stage of life.
